They are always filled to brim with unicorn energy and enjoy spending each story hour with their little royal friends. Their favorite book as a kid was Where The Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein. \n\n\n\nAqua MarieHey my name is Aqua Marie. She/her are my pronouns in drag. I have been doing Drag since November 2023. I have helped with the Indy Drag Theater with a few productions. I have my B.S. in Early Childhood Administration\, so I have a huge passion for reading stories with children. I love that I get to use this to bring two of my passions together and share that with others! \n\n\nFor more information\, please email bookstore@indyreads.org. \nIndy Reads is a 501c3 nonprofit. Our mission is to empower adults and their families through literacy\, English language skills\, and job readiness programming. SUMMARY:Author Reading: Courtney Corlew
DESCRIPTION:Join Courtney Corlew and discussion partner Kristen Bales for a Q&A and signing of Courtney’s new book\, A Little Bit Extra!\n\n\nJoin Courtney Corlew and discussion partner Kristen Bales for a Q&A and signing of Courtney’s new book\, A Little Bit Extra on May 4th at 2pm! \nThe first hour will be a discussion on the book between Courtney and Kristen\, opening up for questions towards the end. The second hour will be a meet-and-greet and signing. \nThis event is recommended for ages 13+. \nAll proceeds from book sales at Indy Reads support our English literacy programming. \n\n\n\nA Little Bit ExtraAge: 18+\, contains explicit content \nThe plan was simple… \nMove to Los Angeles. Check. \nJoin an acting group. Check. \nBe wary of distractions… \nLand a leading role… \nCassie Mitchell always wanted to see herself on the big screen\, but after five years dedicated to chasing that dream\, she’s not sure she can make it. \nWhen A-list actor Emmet Davis\, with his tousled hair and teasing winks\, dines in her section at the diner\, their flirtatious encounter sparks curiousity in Cassie\, but she never expects to see him again. That is\, until she accepts a job at January Studios and runs into Emmett\, who happens to be the movie’s leading actor\, during her first day on set. \nEmmett has been an actor his whole life\, but he starts to question it when he meets Cassie. She’s sassy\, supportive\, and suddenly he can’t go a day without thinking of her. And because of her\, Emmett’s deciding if now is the right time to defy his father’s legacy and chase his own dreams. \nDespite Cassie’s determination to avoid men in the industry\, she and Emmett quickly become friends while attempting to deny their ever-growing chemistry. \nAnd even though their relationship is forbidden and could cause Cassie to lose her job\, they can’t seem to stay away from one another. \n\n\n\nThis event is Pay-What-You-Can.
