SUMMARY:Indy Reads Volunteer Info Session\, Virtual
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Indy Reads Community! We are so excited to have you as a volunteer with us!\n\n\nThank you for your interest in volunteering with Indy Reads! Please click the link on this page to register for the Volunteer Info Session date that works best for you! \n \nVirtual Info Sessions are typically held 6pm on every fourth Wednesday. \n \nIf you register for the Virtual Info Session\, you will receive an email with the Zoom link prior to the session. \n \nIf you are interested in an In-Person Info Session\, those are typically held on the second Friday of the month at 12pm. You will need to register on the In-Person Info Session EventBrite. \n \nIf you have any questions\, please feel free to email volunteer@indyreads.org. \n\n\n\nJoin us in advancing 100% literacy for all! 1 in 6 Hoosiers struggle to read above a fifth-grade level. At Indy Reads\, our mission is to build the literacy\, English language\, and job readiness skills to empower adults and families to reach their full potential. \nAs a volunteer with Indy Reads\, you will make a difference for our students every day. Whether you serve in a Community Classroom (virtual or in-person)\, in our community bookstore in Fountain Square\, or as a one-time Day of Service participant\, your time and talent will have a vital impact as we strive for 100% literacy for all. \nWhile you’re here\, support Indy Reads by following our social media: Facebook and Instagram. Also\, don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter!
