Celebrate National Poetry Month with Jacob Sunderlin and Michael Robins

To kickoff National Poetry Month, Jacob Sunderlin & Michael Robins will read new and selected works at Indy Reads on April 1st at 7pm.

Jacob Sunderlin is the author of This We in the Back of the House (Saturnalia, 2022) which was awarded the Saturnalia Books Editors’ Prize. His work has received support from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, and the Djerassi Resident Artists Program. His poems have recently appeared or are forthcoming in Bennington Review, Gettysburg Review, The New Yorker, and elsewhere. He teaches 10th grade at a public high school in Evansville, IN.

Michael Robins is the author of five collections of poetry, including People You May Know (2020) and The Bright Invisible (2022), both from Saturnalia Books. His work has recently appeared or is forthcoming in The American Poetry Review, Bennington Review, The Best American Poetry 2022, and Copper Nickel. He lives in the Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago.
