Angela Hale is a Staff Attorney at the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. www.nclegalclinic.org. Angela is a graduate of the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and the Indiana University Kelly School of Business. She helps low income taxpayers with their tax controversies with the IRS.
