Set in New York City’s subway system, a post-apocalyptic community has formed a religion around Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. But when the crafty daughter of one of the most powerful leaders in the church begins to question the culture’s beliefs and way of life, she discovers something that makes the church seem a lot less “neighborly.” This 2-act dark comedy explores themes of power, control, organized religion, and speaking out. Recommended for ages 12+.
