Indy Reads is happy to present local poets: Tony Brewer, Brooke Nicole Plummer, & Kai Edward Warmoth. Poets will read selections with books available to purchase.

TONY BREWER has lived in Indiana forever. He has performed coast to coast and recorded for community and public radio as well as NPR Playhouse and the HEAR Now Audio Fiction & Arts Festival. His books include Hot Type Cold Read (Chatter House Press, 2013), Homunculus (Dos Madres Press, 2019), Pity for Sale (Gasconade Press 2022), and psithurism (Last Lights Press, 2022). BROOKE NICOLE PLUMMER is a poet & touring performer from the Midwest. She is the author of Flyover, Compiled Nothings; Shaggy Frog (Alien Buddha Press), Ceremonious (pleasepress), & Shutting Up for the Drillbit, a collaborative work featuring Erik Keister (Bullshit Lit Mag). KAI EDWARD WARMOTH was hailed as “simply our greatest living poet” by ExPat Press mullah Manuel Marrero. He lives on ancestral family lands in central Indiana with his wife and daughter.
