Terri Roberts-Leonard will read her new children’s books: Danda the Panda: Love Makes a Family & Danda the Panda: Welcome to My World on June 24th at 11am.

About the Author
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Terri is a leadership trainer and educator whose focus is on community service and education. Terri uses transparency, engagement and holistic approaches to build relationships and encourage learning and community development. Family is the foundation of all that she does.
Lucas Smith is a designer based in Louisville, KY specializing in graphic design, illustration, and digital painting. Smith received his BFA from Ball State University in 2012 and since then has been using his skills to create unique and inspiring work that draws on diversity from his friends, family, and within his community.
Smith has worked on major brands such as Old Forester, Angel’s Envy, KFC, the Philadelphia Zoo, Anehuser-Busch, Franklin College, and more. In addition to commercial work, Smith has illustrated four children’s books. A self-proclaimed “cat dat”, Smith is passionate about all things creative and strives to make a positive impact with his art and design.
Book Series Summary
Danda the Panda Welcome to My World was released in 2020 and Danda the Panda Love Makes a Family was released in May of 2021. The book’s main character is Danda, an adopted panda. This book series will cover a wide range of topics including adoption, bullying and more. It is a great companion piece for curriculum to aid children in understanding various life lessons.
